Our Story

KayBee Kandles is a small candle company built with just a flame and a dream by young entrepreneur Kalena Blackman.  

In the midst of the COVID-19 global pandemic, many families were impacted by the virus and its economical grasp. My family was one of them. My father worked on the frontline in the hospitals taking care of COVID patients, while my mother unfortunately lost her job as a private nurse working with the elderly. As a result, I witnessed first hand the importance of taking care of my family. KayBee Kandles was born so that I can not only support my family, but to give joy and happiness to other families in need. My goal is to lift the spirits of anyone that lights a KayBee Kandle, while creating something that is as unique as the person that has purchased it.
